Before I go through these “Bad” colors, I must clarify a couple of things. First what one person sees as one color, another person can see as a different color. First you have to find out what the different colors mean to you. And if you don´t see colors at all.

Don´t worry. It will come as you practice seeing auras. Go here to learn to see auras in 5 minutes or less. Another thing you should know is that the colors changes according to the state of mind that they are in. That means you shouldn’t judge the person you are seeing it on to be an angry and revengeful person. 5 minutes later they might cheer up and be in a different state of mind.

So here is the “bad boys” of aura colors:

Red Aura

No shocker probably. Red is a sign of anger. It is smart to keep your distance, since they might be on the verge of confrontation. Try to leave them as soon and subtle as possible, but run if you have to!

Orange Aura

This one is pretty similar to the red aura. But things might not have gotten out of hand yet. But watch out, things can get ugly really fast, since this color can mean that they are contemplating revenge. It can also mean that they are frustrated or have inner turmoil. So it might be smart to treat people with orange auras the same way as with red. Let them cool down, and don´t let them catch you off guard. Brush them off politely and get out of there.

Green Aura

This color indicates bad health. Lets say a person have a broken arm, the aura might be green around the place where the arm is broken. That means that looking for this color is a way to indicate if people have injuries and where they are. It might also be a sign of illness or disease. Unless you suspect the illness to be contagious, then you have nothing to fear. But in general it is better for your energy field to be around people with positive energy. As being around sick people might be slightly draining.

So these are the 3 “bad” aura colors. And if you can see them, you have some insight on how to handle the situation and get out of it.

How to Stop them from Draining Your Energy

If you cannot escape the situation, try to focus on your “chi chakra”, which is a spot on your body about 1,5-2 inches below your navel. This will pull your energy back in, and stop them from stealing it from you.

So if you are skeptical yourself or have a friend that argues that it is a double image, then this blog post might help you win the argument against yourself or your friend. First you must know that there is such thing as a double image too, but this is not the aura. You’ll understand what I mean in a minute.

The Scientific Test That Proves That it is not a Image

First lets assume that the aura is a double image, burnt into your eye, like you look at the sun and then on another object. If that was the case, then the shape and size of the aura wouldn’t change right? Since the size and shape of the object that is “burned” into your vision doesn’t change then the double image shouldn’t change either.

Lets assume for a second that you are watching the aura. All of a sudden it grows and shrinks. It even fluctuates from side to side. You see colors and the colors are changing right in the front of your eyes. Can this be the double image? And if it is burned into your eyes, how can it be so inconsistently burned in? If it is, it’s no double image at all is it? And where does the color come from? Maybe some color can be burned into your vision, and then you see it on the next background, but there is no way that the colors can change back and forth like that if it is truly a double image. If so I would run to the eye doctor in a minute.

The only way to prove or disprove the auras is to keep observing it and observe the changes. If it truly is a double image, then the effects of that should be the same again and again based on the lighting and objects you are looking at, but if not, then it might be something you want to keep observing. With that said. Try it and come to your own conclusions.

The number one mistake beginners to when starting to look for auras is look for big, bright and colorful auras. That is setting yourself up for failure, since that is not what you are going to see at first at all! You will simply give up and assume you can´t see them.. Don’t get discouraged. There is hope!

So what do you really see at first?

Not much actually.. You will usually see a see-through outline, maybe an inch off object you are looking at. Resembling heat waves on a warm summer day but less wispy. The aura might shrink and grow, disproving that it’s a double vision, that shouldn’t change like that.

When you first catch it in your peripheral vision, don’t look at it directly at the aura, since it will disappear. Because your eyes is curved it picks up different frequencies of light than when you look straight at it. With training you can see it even if you look at it head on.

Don’t Blink

Another thing that might make it disappear is blinking. Since blinking resets your consciousness and it might take a few seconds before you again start to tune into these frequencies. But don´t worry. As you practice you will see them no matter how much you blink.

Black or White Background

Using a blank background will make it easier to see. Black and white backgrounds are excellent for first seeing the auras. Look at the center of your hand or foot and try catch the outline with the peripheral vision. Slowly wiggle your hand/foot back and forth until you catch it, then freeze and keep observing it.

If you still have trouble seeing it, play around with the lights. Sometimes it is easier to see in a slightly darker room.
